Allan Loesch joined the Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute in 2017. In 2012, he completed a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska as a graduate of the US Army Inter service Physician Assistant Program in Fort Sam Houston, TX. PA Loesch was previously in Orthopedic Surgery at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach, FL. He specialized in Sports Medicine, Spine, and Total Replacement surgeries. He enjoys having the opportunity to treat children with Pediatric Orthopedic congenital and acquired limb deformities.

Loesch has served a total of 24 years Active Army and Reserves. As a Captain in the US Army Reserve, he was deployed to Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom in 2012-2013. In 2008, PA Loesch graduated from Loma Linda University with Bachelors of Science in Radiologist Assistant Studies. He has received numerous awards and acknowledgements in his career including Magna Cum Laude, Loma Linda University. He received the Combat Action Badge and Army Commendation Medal during deployment to Bagraam, Afghanistan.
