Case 17: Charcot Marie Tooth Disease

Patient with cavovarus foot deformity, weak dorsiflexors, and clawtoe deformity due to Charcot Marie Tooth Disease. We corrected the soft tissue deformities with various soft tissue releases, including excision of the plantar fascia, release of the posterior tibial tendon, and recession of the flexor hallucis longus.
