Practice Coordinators

The Practice Coordinators manage the day-to-day activities of the Paley Institute. They work closely with the entire Paley Institute staff, as well as with patients. The Practice Coordinators are often the first staff members that visitors to the Paley Institute will interact with. The Practice Coordinators perform a variety of functions, including:

  • Providing front desk support to patients
  • Greeting visitors and answering questions
  • Answering telephone and responding to patient messages
  • Mediating communication between patients and clinicians
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Managing patient files and medical records
  • Providing assistance to physicians and other clinical staff
  • Responding to patient requests and feedback
  • Ensuring day-to-day functions of the Paley Institute are carried out

Adam Lenz - Concierge Practice Manager

Adam has been at the Paley Institute since 2013. He received his B.S. in Biology in 2011 and his M.S. in Public Health in 2013 from the University of Florida, Gainesville. As a capstone project for his master’s degree, Adam worked at Good Samaritan Center in West Palm Beach in hospital administration, focusing on improving inpatient satisfaction through patient bedside whiteboard utilization.

Adam enjoys building relationships with patients and staff and seeing how much of a positive difference Dr. Paley makes in his patient’s lives—“seeing the before and after is really amazing!” Adam enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Jennifer Enterkin - Concierge Practice Coordinator

Jennifer Enterkin has been a Practice Coordinator at the Paley Institute since 2012. Jennifer received her A.S. in Nuclear Medicine from Santa Fe College. Jennifer has been working in healthcare for over 7 years. She previously worked at the U.F. Pathology Labs and the MUSC Hematology Oncology Department.

Jennifer finds the most rewarding aspect of working at the Paley Institute is “being inspired by the strength and determination shown by our patients.” She finds it a privilege to be a part of the success they achieve. Jennifer enjoys bike riding, cooking, and hopes to start running again after being inspired by the most recent Paley 5K event. Jennifer is at the beach every second she can get. She has two crazy puppies, Harper and Tobey, who keep her busy and she loves every minute of it!

Stacy Rack - Concierge Practice Coordinator

Stacy has been a Practice Coordinator at the Paley Institute since April, 2014. Stacy received her A.S. from Keiser University. Stacy currently serves on the Advisory Board for Southeastern College (formerly Keiser College). Stacy is a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA), and a member of the American Medical Technologists (AMT). Stacy has been working in healthcare for 5 years and previously worked in restaurant management.

Stacy appreciates the opportunity to be involved in the process of “helping people change their lives for the better.” Stacy finds working with the doctors and the rest of the staff gives her the chance to be part of a truly unique experience. She finds helping patients achieve their goals to be extremely gratifying! As a wife and mother, Stacy brings her experiences from home to the Paley Institute, viewing the challenges that patients face with greater empathy and understanding.

Sandra Montero - Concierge Practice Coordinator

Sandra Montero has been a Practice Coordinator at the Paley Institute since July, 2015. Sandra previously worked as a Commercial Bilingual Secretary and Contract Compliance Administrator at the Children’s Healing Institute – a child abuse prevention agency. Sandra is bilingual, fluent in Spanish.

Sandra finds “the transformations and smiles on our patients’ faces as they make progress and/or finish treatment makes coming to work a pleasure every day.” Sandra is honored to be a part of such a life-changing program.

Sandra loves to travel; these days mostly to Niagara University to visit her son. 

Denise Mylett - Concierge Practice Coordinator

Denise has been a Practice Coordinator at the Paley Institute since 2015. She received her MA in Clinical Psychology. 

Denise likes meeting people from all across the country and all across the world who come to the Paley Institute. She also "appreciates seeing how brave and determined our patients are; these are good reminders about what is important in life."

Denise loves playing with her dogs on the beach, hiking, kayaking, and reading.

 

 

Angela Edwards - Concierge Practice Coordinator

Angela has been at the Paley Institute May, 2015. Previously, Angela worked with Conifer Health Solutions as a Patient Access Representative. Prior to that, Angela worked in real estate.

Angela likes the atmosphere of the Paley Institute and “how helpful all of the staff are, as well as the diversity of the patient population.” In her free time, Angela likes to spend time with her family, reading, and going to the beach.
